That´s what PHARFAITE says about:

“The [ENAMEL 2WAY STRECH] is a high-quality, PU-coated (rubberized) material that is in the medium range (elasticity level of 2.5) thanks to its 2-way stretch content.
It is a very close-fitting material that conveys different impressions depending on the surface finish (in this case the color of the foil coating).
ENAMEL does not allow air or water to pass through, which makes it a material that (when tight) also conveys a certain tightness (similar to neoprene and latex).
The medium elasticity, high compression and unique sheen of the material create a beautiful, figure-hugging body line.
It is made of a synthetic leather material with a shiny, rubber-like texture and is available in 2 color versions: Aurora black, Enamel black.”
